Do you offer commissions/paid work?
Due to how busy I can be during the year, I often don’t open myself up for commission work. But if I do advertise anything you can find it on either my Twitter or Instagram!

I placed an order from your shop, when can I expect it?
Processing time (from time of order placed to when I dispatch) is around 7 business days. Processing time may change as I’m just packing these orders mostly on my own. Once dispatched, depending on where you live in the world it can take varying times.
Here’s a brief chart on shipping times:

  • UK 1st Class: 1 - 3 days

  • Europe Standard Shipping: 1 - 2 weeks

  • International Standard Shipping: 3 - 8 weeks

Selecting ‘Tracked Shipping’ options will allowed you to see the travel progress of your order.

Can I make changes to my order? Or can I request a refund?
You can request changes if your order has not been dispatched, however once it has been posted I can’t make any adjustments. Refunds can be offered to orders that have not been dispatched. Refunds on lost or returned orders are situation dependent.

I think my order got lost! What do I do?
Once I’ve handed your order over to the postal services, and it does not have tracking applied, it’s up to them to deliver the package safely and on time. There may be delays in the travel due to unforeseen circumstances, however lost parcels are rare! Contacting your regions postal office may help figure out the situation of your order, as most orders can be caught up there. If you are worried about a larger order going missing, I would highly recommend adding ‘Tracked Shipping’ for more information.
